The community accommodates residents who are able to ambulate to meals, perform their own activities of daily living, and maintain continence. Activities are extensive: swimming and water aerobics, computer instruction, cocktail hour, current events, trivia and word games, religious services, arts and crafts, walking club, musicals and dance programs, shopping trips, daily exercise classes, museum trips, and concerts. Religious services are offered. The facility does not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or pets. Kingston downtown location offers zero distance to city center.

New York State Department of Health, Office of Aging and Long Term Care inspection records from 2021 show minimal deficiency findings. July 20, 2021 renewal inspection cited one deficiency related to general provisions. September 9, 2021 complaint investigation cited two deficiencies involving certified long-term care ombudsmen access and resident protections. The facility recorded 3 deficiencies for 2021, 41% better than New York state average of 5.1.
