Visit Reason
Commission surveyors conducted a Life Safety survey at Northshore Senior Living, LLC on or about October 24, 2024.
Findings
The facility was found to have violations related to the use of a portable space heater in a resident memory care room and failure to conduct and document required fire drills for each work shift quarterly and during sleeping hours.

Tenn. Comp. R. and Regs. 0720-26-.10 (3)(a) [Life Safety] requires fire drills for each ACLF work shift in each separate building at least quarterly. The facility failed to produce documentation of fire drills for multiple shifts and quarters.
