Inspection Report Summary for Parkwood Assisted Living
PARKWOOD HEALTHCARE COMMUNITY underwent a comprehensive inspection on May 18, 2022, resulting in three state standard violations. Two of these deficiencies were related to Health Code requirements, specifically the facility's policies and procedures for preventing the diversion of controlled drugs. These issues were corrected by May 19, 2022.
