BROOKDALE EDEN ESTATES underwent a comprehensive inspection on June 23, 2022, resulting in 10 state standard violations. The Health Code section of the report was present but did not list any deficiencies. In contrast, the Life Safety Code section cited several issues related to fire safety and building maintenance. Specifically, the facility failed to comply with various chapters of the Life Safety Code, including NFPA 101, and had issues with lighting levels, sprinkler system inspection, and commercial range hood maintenance. These deficiencies were largely corrected between October 2020 and December 2020. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these violations.
