My dad came to this facility on Oct 8th 2025. January 7th admitted to the hospital and now the doctor is saying they need to amputate his leg! I spoke to the staff the don said she never seen the condition of my father foot. The director admin brush it off like he didn’t care. When I asked why wasn’t I notified about my dad condition no one could respond. While I was complaining about my concerns no one could give me an answer on why they never notified me! Why haven’t the son seen my father foot. I should her and there is no empathy or compassion. I asked for corporate number I was told he would call me. This place has done more harm then good my dad foot is rotten!What do you like most about living here? Answer: Trash Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies? Answer: No Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing? Answer: Yes How would you rate the quality and variety of the meals? (1-5) Answer: 1 Are special diets handled well? Answer: No Is the dining schedule flexible enough to meet your preferences? Answer: How do you feel about the level of social interaction available with other residents? Answer: Don’t send your family here How was the units offered in this community? Answer: Do you feel safe living in this community? Answer: No How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events? Answer: When I asked to send my dad out Alexis stated he just want more pain meds! Got to the er blood clot in his foot!
