Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted to assess compliance with regulatory requirements related to resident care, medication management, food safety, and infection control at Rockingham County Nursing Home.
Findings
The facility was found deficient in multiple areas including failure to inform residents about psychotropic medication risks, improper labeling and storage of medications, inadequate food labeling in kitchenettes, and improper use of personal protective equipment by staff.
