Inspection Report Summary for Seasons Alzheimer’s Care

SEASON'S ALZHEIMERS AND ASSISTED CARE underwent a comprehensive inspection on June 06, 2024, resulting in four state standard violations. The Health Code deficiencies included failure to ensure menus were prepared and posted as required, with corrections made on June 7, 2024. No Life Safety Code deficiencies were cited during this inspection. However, reviewing the facility's history reveals that previous inspections did result in Life Safety Code violations. On October 9, 2018, three such deficiencies were identified: failure to ensure building compliance with applicable chapters of the Life Safety Code, inadequate sprinkler system inspection and maintenance, and insufficient sprinkler system coverage. Corrections for these issues were made between October 11 and October 14, 2018. No enforcement actions were found in relation to this facility.
