Visit Reason
The visit was a Life Safety survey conducted by Commission surveyors at the assisted care living facility StoryPoint Cordova on or about January 14, 2025.
Findings
The facility failed to produce documentation of conducting required fire drills quarterly for each work shift and during sleeping hours for all quarters of 2024. The respondent admitted the fire drills were not conducted as required.
