SUNRISE OF FRISCO underwent a comprehensive inspection on August 11, 2021, resulting in 10 total violations of state standards. The Health Code deficiencies consisted of two citations related to food handling and preparation procedures, which were corrected by September 5, 2021. In contrast, the Life Safety Code had eight instances of non-compliance, primarily concerning fire safety and emergency preparedness measures. These issues included inadequate exit door locking devices, incomplete documentation for fire alarm systems, and insufficient testing of smoke detectors.
