Inspection Report Summary for The Chateau At Brooklyn Rehab And Nursing Center

During the reporting period, comprising 12 standard health citations and 10 Life Safety Code citations. Inspections that resulted in citations were conducted on three separate occasions, while five inspections yielded no citations.
