As the name suggests, The Contemporary is a modern independent living community that glorifies an active lifestyle for their modern senior residents. The Contemporary is a luxurious community that promotes residents to practice a modern lifestyle centered on their independence. Seniors are free to do whatever they please to do and pursue what interests them worry-free.  The Contemporary is an all-inclusive community where everything is designed to make the lives of seniors easier, adding to the charm and attractiveness of the new facility. 
Activities and services are handled by staff and management, so seniors could experience the best senior living experience that they’ve ever known. These include rooftop and lounge, bistro, main dining room, private dining room– for a good time to take a break and eat delicious meals; and arts and crafts suite, library, activity and entertainment areas– that are used for social, recreational, and cultural plans. As an active community, they have a health and wellness center, outdoor walking paths, and a landscaped courtyard to do some physical activities.
