  • THE IVY OF MCKINNEY underwent a comprehensive inspection on August 31, 2022, resulting in six state standard violations. The Health Code was cited for two deficiencies related to medication storage, which were corrected between November 30, 2021, and December 20, 2021. In contrast, the Life Safety Code was cited for three deficiencies: inadequate ventilation control and fire protection of commercial cooking equipment, failure to conduct a risk assessment for potential emergencies or disasters, and lack of an adequate emergency preparedness plan. These Life Safety Code violations were corrected between September 29, 2022, and October 1, 2022. No Health Code deficiencies were listed under the Life Safety Code section.
