Inspection Reports Summary Info An editor-reviewed summary of the themes and findings across this facility's recent inspection reports.

THE SOLANA VINTAGE PARK underwent a comprehensive inspection on July 25, 2024, resulting in six state standard violations. The majority of these deficiencies were related to Life Safety Code requirements, including fire safety and building maintenance issues. Specifically, the facility was cited for failing to ensure that locking devices released when the fire alarm or sprinkler system was activated, as well as non-compliance with Chapter 19 of NFPA 101 and NFPA 96 standards. Additionally, there were two Health Code violations related to resident care, including a failure to administer medications according to physician's orders. The facility had previously corrected similar issues in November 2019, but it appears that some of these problems persisted. Enforcement actions were taken on June 12, 2025, with an administrative penalty of $2,250 assessed for the medication administration violation.
