The W Assisted Living at Riverdale provides one of the high quality personalized care and memory care in the Bronx. The community offers different levels of care, and are taken care of by their own licensed nurse ready to accommodate any needs of each resident. Because they mainly focus on dementia/memory care, the community is filled with caregivers and have on-site clinicians to help with residents who have Alzheimer’s or Dementia.
The community also provides amenities and programs to help residents with activities for residents to enhance their mental and physical capacities. The W Assisted Living encourages individuality among residents and honors each resident’s capability while altogether forging meaningful relationships with staff and residents.

The facility underwent 22 inspections between August 1, 2021 and July 31, 2025, resulting in 36 violations. Ten of those inspections yielded no violations.
