The facility's Health Code deficiencies were related to building maintenance and fire safety, with all three citations stemming from the same date range (November 1, 2018). Specifically, the facility failed to comply with Chapter 33 of the Existing Residential Board and Care Occupancies, ensure the fire alarm and smoke detection system was compliant, and inspect, test, and maintain the required sprinkler system.
