Horrible place management is rude to residents and there staff there belittling rude and never resolve any issues they don't care this place is cheap because is crappy don't leave loved ones here please very dirty health department needs to visit this place asapWhat do you like most about living here? Answer: Nothing Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies? Answer: No Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing? Answer: No How would you rate the quality and variety of the meals? (1-5) Answer: 1 Are special diets handled well? Answer: No Is the dining schedule flexible enough to meet your preferences? Answer: No How do you feel about the level of social interaction available with other residents? Answer: Social interaction doesnt exist here they are short rude and belittling How was the units offered in this community? Answer: Poorly the gal who does tours is incredibly uninformative and had no answers to our questions very concerning Do you feel safe living in this community? Answer: No How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events? Answer: Hahahaha they don't Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges? Answer: Yes and management is always trying to make me pay all these random fees and monies for I don't know what honestly Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: No please take loved one elsewhere Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in? Answer: Yes all of it so I would have moved in somewhere where I matter
