Their all-inclusive amenities include: daily delicious and nutritious meals; weekly housekeeping and laundry; a terrace looking over the Hudson River; and an emergency call system. Activities that include: entertainment from comedians, singers, etc; bingo at its best; and learning programs such as their list of educational lectures.
