I am a recent resident. I had researched multiple assisted living facilities in Spokane and Fairview ranks at the top of my list. Heidi, Karen, Lee and the staff have been welcoming, compassionate and supportive as I settle in. The food is incredible. I feel as if I live in an apartment building instead of a care facility.
