Do not be fooled by the beautiful appearance of The Reserve at East Longmeadow — the care in the memory unit is severely lacking. Staff left my mother alone for hours, failed to feed her after a serious fall, and showed zero compassion or engagement. Repeated concerns to administration were ignored, and we ultimately moved her to a better facility.What do you like most about living here?
