Richard mainly deals with the garden, grounds, and purchasing items needed by the home, while Pauline is actively involved in the safe running of the home and enjoys welcoming new residents, ensuring they live in quality and comfortable surroundings. Mrs Duffy has completed a course in Management in Health and Social Care at Leeds Metropolitan University, and the home is supported by a team of senior carers, team leaders, and care assistants who continue to develop their skills and training knowledge.
