Cascades of the Sierra offers assisted living, continuing care retirement community services, independent living, memory care, and respite care in Spanish Springs, NV. Independent living provides private living with community services and no daily care, while assisted living adds help with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, and medication. Memory care provides a secured setting with supervision, and respite care offers a short stay for someone whose usual caregiver needs to travel or recover.
With multiple care levels on one campus, Cascades of the Sierra can suit a resident whose needs may grow over time without requiring a move to a different community. The community has 150 beds, and Christopher Gardner serves as the administrator.
The Mosaic Memory Care Program supports the community’s memory care services, while the EverWell program provides a structured wellness offering. Residents can use the fitness center, walk-in pool, courtyards, walking paths, movie theater, arts and crafts studio, game room, salon services, and weekly live entertainment.
Restaurant-style dining includes fine dining and bistro-style venues, giving residents on-site meal settings beyond a single dining room. Scheduled transportation is available for local appointments and trips, and pets are allowed, so residents may continue living with a pet.
