Bridgecreek Memory Care is a memory care community in Lebanon, Oregon, for residents who need a secured setting with supervision, including people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. The community opened in 2011 and has 58 beds, creating a smaller setting where staff and residents may get to know one another.
Respite care is available for short stays when a usual caregiver needs to travel or recover. Short term rehabilitation and rehabilitation services give residents a temporary care option while they recover before returning to their usual living arrangement.
Specialty Care, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care, and Transitional Independent Living are among the listed programs. Twenty four hour staffing means staff are available around the clock, although the staffing roles are not specified. An area Walk Score of 83 means most errands can be done on foot, so a resident who no longer drives may still be able to reach nearby shops, a pharmacy, or cafes independently. Jody Burton serves as the administrator.
