Only 1 out of 3 elevators is functioning Estimate time of repair on one of the two is sometime in 2027. One older male resident started an altercation with a female resident resulting in male assaulting female with a slap to the face. Two ceiling water pipes have burst in community dining area. One in the kitchen and one above the dining tables in aforementioned room. Both incidents occurred this last week of January 2026. This building is antiquated and very poorly maintained!! No parking lot lights in very back of West side of building to assist in seeking building entrance during dark hours. Same parking lots has flooding areas that have been patched and patched and patched.
