Visit Reason
The inspection was a routine survey to assess compliance with regulatory requirements for nursing home care, including resident rights, abuse reporting, medication storage, food safety, and infection control.

Findings
The facility was found deficient in several areas including failure to ensure staff dignity during feeding, timely reporting of abuse allegations, secure storage of controlled medications, proper food temperature monitoring and sanitation, and infection prevention related to laundry handling.
