Upon reviewing the inspection findings, it is evident that all six deficiencies fall under Life Safety Code requirements, with no Health Code violations listed. The facility was cited for various fire safety and building maintenance issues, including non-compliance with Chapter 18 of the Life Safety Code, inadequate fire drills and documentation, resident bedroom door deficiencies, emergency generator and fire alarm system non-compliance, and insufficient portable fire extinguishers. Correction dates range from May 3 to May 31, 2019. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these violations.
