Overview of Cohomes Boutique Senior Living
Cohomes Boutique Senior Living is located in Charlotte, North Carolina (near Ballantyne and Pineville), on a picturesque tree-lined street in a residential neighborhood. CoHomes has a maximum of six residents. Our seniors prefer a cozy family-like environment, living with other seniors, completely furnished private and semi-private bedrooms, delicious home-cooked meals based on their favorite foods and dietary needs, housekeeping and laundry services, cable TV, and more.
Plus, our residents are well cared for by a licensed home care agency that provides 24-hour staffing to assist with personal care services including activities of daily living (like bathing, grooming, dressing, and transferring), incontinence care, diabetic care, blood pressure monitoring, medication reminders, mild cognitive decline, early-stage dementia, appointment and transportation management, safety supervision due to health concerns (including after a hospital stay), companionship, etc.
CoHomes’ mission is to provide boutique-style easy living and superior services in a residential home. We strongly believe that seniors live better together in a home setting. They are healthier, happier, and not isolated. It’s not how BIG the house is; it’s how HAPPY the HOME is
