CONTINUING CARE AT EAGLE'S TRACE underwent a comprehensive inspection on November 09, 2021, resulting in 12 total violations of state standards. The Health Code accounted for one violation related to food procurement and handling, which was corrected by December 5, 2021. The remaining 11 deficiencies were classified under the Life Safety Code, indicating no Health Code issues were cited during this inspection. These Life Safety Code violations included fire safety concerns, such as inadequate manual fire alarm pulls and non-compliance with NFPA 101 standards. Additionally, pest control, building maintenance, and resident care issues were identified, including a lack of operable windows or powered exhaust in odor-producing rooms. Correction dates ranged from December 17 to December 27, 2019, for the Life Safety Code deficiencies. No enforcement actions were found.
