After an assessment by our Cottage staff, your loved one will receive a care plan that is specific to his or her individual needs. This plan is revisited every three months or with any significant change, so if your loved one moves in and becomes more independent, his or her cost for care would decrease. If he or she has a decline, the cost of care would increase with the additional staff attention your loved one would require.
