The Health Code deficiencies included the facility's failure to conduct required fire drills and document them properly, as well as inadequate counseling for residents who self-administer medications. These issues were corrected between August 3rd and August 31st of the same year. In contrast, no Health Code deficiencies were listed; all six violations fell under the Life Safety Code. The facility was cited for failing to provide exit signs with emergency power, maintaining a safe site and building free from hazards, conducting an annual fire marshal inspection, and ensuring proper gas pressure testing. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these inspections.
