Pegasus Landing of Tanglewood underwent a comprehensive inspection on September 10, 2021, resulting in six state standard violations. The Health Code deficiencies consisted of one violation related to the establishment and maintenance of an infection control policy and procedure, which was corrected by September 28, 2021. In contrast, the Life Safety Code had five instances of non-compliance, including issues with fire alarm visibility, monitoring, and maintenance, as well as sprinkler system inspections and testing. These deficiencies were largely addressed between May 13 and May 21, 2021. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these violations.
