The Auberge at Vintage Lake - A Memory Care Community underwent its most recent comprehensive inspection on October 14, 2021, resulting in four state standard violations. The Health Code deficiencies cited during this inspection were related to resident care and abuse prevention policies. Specifically, the facility was required to screen all residents, staff, and visitors for infectious diseases and implement internal policies to prevent and report abuse, neglect, or exploitation. These issues had been previously identified on December 9, 2020, with corrections made by December 15, 2020.

In addition to Health Code deficiencies, the facility was also cited under the Life Safety Code for storing oxygen in an unsafe manner. This issue was corrected by November 10, 2021. No enforcement actions were found related to these violations.
