BEWARE!! My family and I visited StoryPoint about a month ago with my grandmother, and decided this would be the place for her. Long story short, the facility, which already met her, decided she needed almost more than double the amount of care to the tune of about $4,000 more than what was previously discussed day of move in. There were outstanding circumstances here, however all paperwork was sent to Storypoint 4-5 days in advance of the move. This was all sprung on us, after a 4 hour drive to the facility with movers in tow. After waiting in the "hospitality sweet", for more than 4 hours, we were finally approved to move in. Later in the day, after moving in, we were told we had the incorrect paperwork, and she wouldn't be able to stay the night at the facility. This story continues, and not in a good way, however long story short, we decided to go elsewhere. We decided we needed to go somewhere that had enough staff to facilitate the promises this company makes. To make things sting even better, we asked for our $4000 refund, which was promptly denied. I don't leave many reviews, but this situation deserved it.
