SUNRISE OF FORT WORTH underwent a comprehensive inspection on June 14, 2022, resulting in 14 violations of state standards. The Health Code deficiencies included failure to search the National Accrediting Agency for Laboratory (NAR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) annually, inadequate service planning, insufficient medication storage, and food preparation practices that did not prevent cross-contamination. These issues were corrected between June 15, 2022, and August 15, 2022. The Life Safety Code deficiencies, which dated back to December 16, 2020, related primarily to fire safety and building maintenance, including inadequate emergency preparedness, locking device malfunctions, and substandard construction materials. No Health Code deficiencies were listed during this inspection. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these violations.
