  • The Arbor Woods LLC underwent a comprehensive inspection on May 03, 2022, resulting in 7 state standard violations. The Health Code deficiencies consisted of two issues related to staff competency and training, as well as resident service planning. These problems were corrected by May 26, 2022. In contrast, the Life Safety Code had four instances of non-compliance, including fire alarm system and sprinkler system maintenance, lighting levels, and door accessibility. Although these issues dated back to March 10, 2020, they were addressed by April 10, 2020. No enforcement actions were found in relation to this inspection or the previously cited Life Safety Code deficiencies.
