Through their luxurious resort-like amenities, residents are able to feel like they’re on a vacation. Their beautifully designed interiors surrounding their ten-acre land promotes an energetic and youthful lifestyle offered by their independent living, assisted living, and memory care living options. The Legacy Midtown Park is guaranteed to provide a modern approach of living to make their elderly residents feel a new vibrant social scenery and lifestyle during their golden years. 

Luxurious amenities boast through their studio-style private suites with a full private bath and a walk-in shower; individual heat and air-conditioning controls; and a kitchenette with refrigerator and a microwave; as well as an inclusion of basic cable service, electricity and water.  Residents are encouraged to live an independent lifestyle while getting the highest standard of living. Through their assisted living and memory care program, medication management and ADLs (assistance with daily living) are included in the service; however seniors under independent living also get service with day-to-day living such as housekeeping and transportation services, to name a few.
