THE BUCKINGHAM underwent a comprehensive inspection on January 04, 2023, resulting in two state standard violations. Both deficiencies were categorized under the Life Safety Code, with no Health Code violations listed. The facility was cited for failing to inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm system components, which was corrected by March 7, 2022. Additionally, a previous inspection on February 15, 2022, also noted this issue, indicating that it was ongoing at the time of the most recent inspection. No Health Code deficiencies were identified during either inspection. Enforcement actions were taken against THE BUCKINGHAM, with an administrative penalty assessed on January 31, 2025, totaling $2250.00 for failing to have sufficient staff to provide adequate supervision and care to residents.
