  • The ARBOR HOUSE OF WACO facility underwent a comprehensive inspection on November 29, 2021, resulting in a total of 4 violations of state standards. The Health Code section listed no deficiencies, while the Life Safety Code section cited three issues related to building maintenance and fire safety. Specifically, the facility was found to have inadequate lighting levels, failed to inspect and maintain its sprinkler system as required by NFPA 25, and did not provide sufficient furnishings for residents. Correction dates were noted for two of these deficiencies, with completion dates ranging from February 20, 2021, to February 28, 2021. No enforcement actions were found in relation to this inspection.
