Inspection Report Summary for Bethesda Gardens Memory Care Community

BETHESDA GARDENS MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY underwent a comprehensive inspection on June 23, 2021, resulting in three state standard violations. The Health Code deficiencies were related to fire safety, with the facility failing to ensure fire drills were conducted and documented (corrected by March 12, 2020), an emergency generator was compliant with licensing standards (corrected by March 24, 2020), and portable fire extinguishers were maintained in accordance with NFPA 10 (corrected by March 12, 2020). No Health Code deficiencies were listed. The Life Safety Code also had three violations, all of which were related to the same issues as the Health Code deficiencies. All cited deficiencies were corrected within a few months of being identified. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these inspections.
