The facility was cited for failing to ensure compliance with Chapter 18 of the Life Safety Code and NFPA 101 standards regarding building and structure requirements. Additionally, the required sprinkler system was not inspected, tested, or maintained in accordance with NFPA 25 regulations. Furthermore, the facility failed to maintain a clean environment by allowing accumulations of dirt, rubbish, dust, and hazards. The correction dates for these deficiencies range from March 15, 2019, to March 31, 2019. No enforcement actions were found.
