The Court at Round Rock Assisted Living Community underwent a comprehensive inspection on February 27, 2023, resulting in three state standard violations. All three deficiencies were classified under Life Safety Code, with no Health Code violations listed. The facility was cited for failing to ensure the building and structure complied with the 2000 edition of the Life Safety Code, NFPA 101, as well as for inadequate installation of the smoke detection system and insufficient lighting levels. These issues were identified during a previous inspection on June 25, 2019, and corrected by September 11, 2019. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these violations.
