The majority of these deficiencies were related to resident care and facility maintenance, with six Health Code citations for issues such as inadequate waste containers, food storage, and hair restraints. Additionally, the facility was cited for failing to maintain outdoor areas and provide a safe living environment. Two Life Safety Code violations were also noted, but they were unrelated to the recent inspection.
