They left my dad in his room with the door shut the APS guy heard him screaming for help 20 minutes later police come and have to break through the window to get to him as no one would answer the door. The caregiver working was not cirtified and I asked them if they were they said yes. After my dad went to the hospital which he is still at they made it a chore to get his things then gave me someone elses things on top of it. I would not recommend these evil people to anyone they were laughing even with the cops there doing standby assistWhat do you like most about living here? Answer: Nothing Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies? Answer: No Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing?
