Grand Oaks Assisted Living Community is an assisted living with memory care facility located in Washington DC, just below Dalecarlia Reservoir grounds. Grand Oaks Assisted Living Community aims to provide the best care their residents need in order to live a fulfilling, and healthy life, which is why the residents are also provided access to the on-site Johns Hopkins Wellness Program, and Sible Memorial Hospital’s emergency, aquatic, and restorative care services, and Legacy Therapy rehabilitation services.
