The July through August 2019 relicensure survey found 3 deficiencies: failure to ensure all 10 dietary employees had attended approved food service training, hot water temperatures at resident faucets exceeded 115 degrees Fahrenheit in 5 of 10 sampled rooms, and 10 unlicensed employees administering medications had not completed approved medication administration training. No fines or enforcement actions appear in the available record.
