Staff typeHours / Day / Residentvs state avg
Registered Nurse (RN) Info RNs hold the highest nursing license and can assess residents, interpret test results, and direct care plans. More RN hours per day often signals stronger clinical oversight and faster response to health changes. 16m per day ▼ 16% State avg: 19m per day · National avg: 41m per day
LPN / LVN Info Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) deliver routine hands-on care — medication administration, wound dressing, and monitoring vital signs. They work under RN supervision and make up a large share of daily bedside care. 1h 16m per day ▲ 8% State avg: 1h 10m per day · National avg: 52m per day
Nurse Aide Info Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) provide the most direct day-to-day assistance: bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Nurse aide hours are typically the largest staffing category and directly affect residents' quality of life. 2h 56m per day ▲ 25% State avg: 2h 20m per day · National avg: 2h 20m per day
Weekend Total Nursing Info Combined nursing hours (RN + LPN + Nurse Aide) per resident per day on weekends. Staffing often drops on weekends — this figure reveals whether the facility maintains adequate coverage outside of weekday hours. 3h 51m per day ▲ 17% State avg: 3h 18m per day · National avg: 3h 27m per day
Physical Therapist Info Hours per resident per day provided by licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) or PT Assistants. PT services help residents recover mobility after injury or illness and are especially important for post-acute (short-stay) rehabilitation. 7m per day ▲ 105% State avg: 3m per day · National avg: 4m per day
Weekend RN Info Registered nurse hours specifically on weekends. Facilities sometimes reduce RN presence on Saturdays and Sundays — a low weekend RN figure compared to weekday hours can indicate reduced clinical oversight when most administrative staff are absent. 6m per day ▼ 48% State avg: 12m per day · National avg: 29m per day

Haven Nursing Center Reviews

Jennifer Duke
Haven Nursing Home is not what so ever a good nursing home. A elderly lady got a knee broke while getting moved from her wheelchair to her bed. Nothing was done to the CNA. The DON Honey and serval other staff acted like it was no big deal. Then another elderly lady Mrs. Ashley was in and out the hospital and in her bed but with that being said Mrs Ashley could not be laid flat on her back at all morning shift gets there and right after breakfast which starts around 7:45 so it was probably around 9:00 am the CNA went in her room to find Mrs Ashley laid flat on her back and had chocked on her on throw up. AGAIN NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THAT AT ALLWhat do you like most about living here? Answer: No worth a damn. Residents can be in their rooms and push the call light and the damn cnas just ignore the call. I’ve seen a car light be on for over 15 minutes before they even go down there and check on them. Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges? Answer: All the damn time Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: HELL NO NOT FOR ONE TRILLION DOLLARS I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ONLY IF THEY WANT TO BE MISTREATED NEGLECTED ABUSED GET BAD SORES GET BROKEN BONES DANIELLE GO TO THE HAVEN NURSING CENTER IN COLUMBIA Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in?
