Kariann DOES NOT DESERVE AN AWARD!!! Your loved one could have been one of the 5 that Kariann witnessed, with her own eyes, another employee physically abusing residents on the Flourish Unit!!! She did not come forward when the attacks were taking place, but stood from afar, watching the other employee push a lifeless resident in the shower on the ground, leaving her there to help herself, and also seeing the employee punch a resident in the chest all because they wouldn't listen!!!! Why are we praising this kind of behavior and rewarding someone when Kariann should also be held accountable for her actions as well!! She's just as guilty... but she gets awards for keeping quiet when your loved one got abused. What kind of world do we live in? DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE, AND ESPECIALLY NOT IN KARIANN'S CARE!!!!! THEY BLOCKED AND TOOK EVERYTHING DOWN ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. THEY ARE HIDING IT FROM EVERYONE. THEY'RE LETTING KARIANN GET AWAY WITH THIS!! WATCH YOUR LOVED ONES AROUND HER. IF THEY CAN DO THIS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, WHAT ELSE ARE THEY HIDING!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE THEIR VOICE FOR HELP!!!*** What do you like most about living here? Answer: It’s new Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies?
