RAMBLING OAKS COURTYARD ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENCE underwent a comprehensive inspection on June 09, 2022, resulting in two state standard violations. The Health Code section of the report listed one violation, which was not corrected by the time of the most recent inspection. In contrast, the Life Safety Code section cited one deficiency that had been previously identified and partially addressed between October 10, 2018, and September 17, 2018. Specifically, the facility failed to ensure hazardous areas were constructed in compliance with licensing standards for assisted living facilities.
