Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center Reviews

Anabel Harris
Horrible stay!!! Morning n mid shift staft where attentive however the third shift neglects you. I was there for 6days i complained of a huge itch at 6:33p sat to the nurse noone took action , they kept leaving the room with the promise they were coming back. The 3rd shit nurse wanted to give me an anxiety pill, because she claim i had anxiety!! noone took care of till this matter till 12hours after. Because i called my aunt at 4:43a sund to speak to the lead nurse to come see me, that i was itching bad . She told her that noone let her know about it. However when she came to the room, she feared the bumps an blood coming out my skin. She qiickly take action after ignorying me and she knew all along. I wanted help a few hours after due that the itch became stronger, the 1rst shift nurse smirked an looked at me as i was a psyco!!! I became one after , i called 911 had the ambulance picked me up , took me back to the ER!!!! I was diagnosed with "SCABIES " Yes WTF!!!! The same nurse on my rec clearly "said some ppl are itching to" Anyone that have people in there , please check on them daily. Sheets are made but never change ,food is nasty an cold!!!!! I was ignored , and talk to like they want to get into a fight. TAKE THEM OUT! AN I SURE REPORTED THIS AN I DO HAV REC TO PROVE IT!!!!! This is not acceptable
