TOMBALL RETIREMENT CENTER underwent a comprehensive inspection on November 16, 2022, resulting in six state standard violations. Of these, five were classified as Life Safety Code deficiencies, including inadequate fire drills and documentation, non-compliant fire alarm and smoke detection systems, insufficient procedures for oxygen use and storage, incomplete extinguisher inspections, and inadequate waste disposal facilities. No Health Code deficiencies were listed during this inspection. The facility had previously addressed similar issues between November 5, 2020, and November 30, 2020. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these violations.
