DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS FACILITY!!! My mother DIED from complications related to the Stage 4 bed sore (pressure ulcer) she received due to the gross negligence of the nursing staff who was supposedly "caring" for her. June 5, a wound care doctor noted that she was at HIGH RISK for a pressure sore and advised the nursing staff to utilize all protocols to protect her from injury. Seven days later, my mom had a Stage 3 sore, and within a week that same sore had progressed to Stage 4. My mother fought through multiple infections and complications resulting from those infections for two months. The last month, she was clinging to life as her organs slowly began failing. Sadly, she lost her battle on September 28. THIS FACILITY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!What do you like most about living here?
